BEREAVEMENT CARD

About 18 years ago I was very sick with asthma and heading for hospital. I asked friends who were holding a Reiki meeting to hold their hands over me. At the end of the healing, I was still asthmatic, but I (who never even read any poetry since school) came home and wrote poem after poem for a year, most of them of spiritual content, which later resulted in a book "Sunlight shining in the rain". One of the poems was a verse about bereavement. I have produced a bereavement card and have received many heart warming comments about the impact of the verse on the recipient and some hospitals bought them in the hundreds for their chapel services.
